The all day Watershed menu is a tasty mixture of modern Australian cuisine with Asian influences. Guests enjoy a brasserie style dining, serving BREAKFAST from 10am, LUNCH from 11am and DINNER until 9.30pm Monday to Friday. On the WEEKEND the kitchen is open from 9am serving until 11pm and Sundays from 9am to 10pm. Bookings for lunch and dinner can be made in advance.
